SNR Audio was established in 2020 with the aim of publishing the highest-quality audiobooks worldwide. Since then we have built long-lasting relationships with the best narrators and studios in the business and published over 700 titles, including:

We also donate our catalogue to RNIB, Calibre, and Listening Books to ensure everyone, everywhere, can listen to great literature.
Proudly Human
We are a proudly human company. We do not experiment with synthetic voices or any kind of AI-generated narrations, and we happily put AI clauses into our contracts. AI may be beneficial in many ways in the future, but we do not think it has any place in audiobook narration right now. We quite like humans and think the actors we collaborate with are our most precious resource, so make a blanket commitment to use only human voices in our productions.

Meet Jack Chalmers
Jack Chalmers is the Director of SNR Audio. He has over 10 years’ experience in the audiobook industry, having previously worked in the Audio team at HarperCollins for 5 years. Whilst there he worked with authors such as David Attenborough; Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie; Elizabeth Day; Hilary Mantel; Nigel Slater; and many more, collecting British Book Award nominations and New York Radio Award wins for his productions.
SNR Audio is independently owned and operated by Jack, with the help of incredible studios, narrators, and production houses that bring the greatest stories of all time to life.
